Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BuyMerch.co website, online stores, and ordering platform (the "Service"), operated by Missouri Shirt Company ("BuyMerch.co," "we," "us," or "our"). By browsing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

BuyMerch.co lets any organization — a team, school, business, event, or group — launch a custom apparel store. Missouri Shirt Company designs, prints, and ships every order. Each store is set up by an organizer, and may optionally include a fundraiser that pays the organization a portion of sales.

When you place an order through a BuyMerch.co store, you are purchasing custom-printed apparel produced specifically for that store. Orders are collected during the store's open window and produced together as a batch once the store closes.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information at checkout, including your name, email, shipping or pickup details, and any personalization (such as a name or number to print). We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect information you submit.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and include the cost of the item, printing, and any applicable personalization upcharge. Shipping, if applicable, is shown at checkout before you pay.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. BuyMerch.co does not store your full card number on its servers. When a store includes a fundraiser, a contribution per item or a percentage of profit is set aside for the organization running the store; the remainder covers the product, printing, and fulfillment.

Because each store is produced as a batch, orders are not printed until the store closes. Estimated turnaround is provided on each store page and in your order confirmation. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by factors outside our control.

Custom apparel is made to order for a specific store. Because of this, all sales are final unless your item arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged in shipping. Sizing exchanges may be available at our discretion.

For stores that include a fundraiser, BuyMerch.co pays the agreed fundraising amount to the organization that set up the store — either a flat amount per item or a percentage of profit. Disbursements are typically issued within approximately one week of the store closing and final order reconciliation.

BuyMerch.co is responsible only for remitting the agreed fundraising amount to the organizer on record. We are not a party to how an organization internally allocates those funds.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to place fraudulent orders, submitting content that infringes another party's rights, or disrupting the operation of any store. We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent, violates these Terms, or uses artwork we determine to be unlawful or infringing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuyMerch.co's liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or your order is limited to the amount you paid for the item(s) at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any store or feature at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
